Great, parcel arrived as stated top notch!

I bought a jumper (£230) which was too small - so I returned it to swap for a bigger size and they insisted the item smelled of smoke and wouldn’t swap it - absolutely impossible - will not shop there again!! I also found the same item on another site £50 cheaper - wish I hadn’t bothered with them at all. The jumper was tried on and put straight back into the packaging and didn’t smell of smoke or have hair on it as they suggested.

Excellent service, even called me straight back when I couldn't get the Royal Mail tracking service to update. Will definitely be using them again, and have recommended them to all my friends and family
