I found the website easy to maneuver. The item I ordered was a gift and out of stock. They informed me of this a week after I placed the order. They had a similar replacement available so I accepted it. I really liked the original piece better but because I was already late in ordering the gift, I chose the replacement. The gift arrived and the family member liked it.

I had an issue with the item I purchased, but the staff was quick to make it right. I was disappointed that there was not an 800 # for customer service, but my issue was handled via email and it was handled efficiently to my satisfaction.

Shipped promptly and everything was packed securely. They also added a few extra treats for us. Would definitely buy from southern kitchen again. Matthew
