Ordered leaders and tippet rings on 1/26. USPS label produced the next day. Order arrived at USPS on 2/1 and delivered on 2/4. 9 days seems a little excessive. Luckily, I wasn’t in a rush.

What a fly shop should be, knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. The owner, Ed is a great guy and his staff is wonderful.

The hooks I ordered did not come and I received a refund for them even though at the time I ordered it showed that they were in stock. I did not receive an explanation for why this happened. Only received a refund. The biggest problem however is that I ordered steelhead size tippet rings and received the trout size which I do not need and did not order. I have sent an email requesting a resolution but have not yet had a response.
