Mostly good; however, I received the wrong size thread for one of the threads I ordered. I emailed yesterday to see about getting this corrected and haven't heard back.

I don't usually write comments or give service feedback, however thought my recent experience was noteworthy. On a recent order 1 of the items (a $4 bag of dubbing) in my order was missing. I called the shop to report the problem and had to leave a message. About 5 minutes afterward got a call from Ed asking what the problem was. He said he was out of the shop and requested a short email describing the problem. I gave the option of crediting my card or sending the missing item. A few days later I received the missing item which was clearly the more expensive option. Very impressed with Ed's customer service!! Will definitely be doing more business with his shop. Thanks Ed!!
