There was an issue with my order, they solved it right away.

I ordered 6 of Dirty Bug yarn. I got lots of emails about the order and received a tracking number. I checked the tracking number a week after the order. and the result was the PO was waiting for the package. I sent an email asking Ed's fly shop to check on the status. That day I got a message from PayPal saying Ed refunded me the cost of one of the spools. The package arrived 4 days later with 5 spools. No email from Ed's Fly Shop about the delay, removing one spool of yarn or that it had finally shipped. What I got was well packaged and arrived with no problem.

Ed's has a complete supply of tying products and gets the orders out ASAP. Great service
