It’s good hair at first…

It’s good hair at first…. I’ve ordered many units from Asteria over the years. None of them lasting for more than 2-3 weeks (except the first one) before it becomes an absolute tangling and shedding nightmare. My first unit was amazing and got me hooked..haven’t had an experience like that since. I keep hoping because the hair is absolutely gorgeous coming out of the package. I always get the 24” deep wave lace front wig. The curls are beautiful and the hair is thick, soft, and light. But even taking it off every night, it manages to become hard to work with and a complete mess in less than a month. Proper care and all. Currently looking for a new vendor because I can’t keep wasting money like this.

The hair I received was very soft and very full it doesn’t have any shedding at all the shipping was very fast like really fast overall the hair company is a great place to order from YALL GET YALL HAIR FROM THEM ASAP

Asteria Hair

This company makes you email them before you can return your item. They don’t get back to you immediately. They reply every couple of days. They asked me to tell them what I didn’t like about the hair. Then they asked for photos Now they want to know more details about what I don’t like. They are giving me the run around intentionally making it difficult to return. I’m never shopping here again! Such a scam

THIN HAIR, POOR QUALITY SILK BASE, DEFECTIVE HAIRLINE

Sent me a defective wig with a big empty crease in the front. I contacted them 2 days after I received it. Gave me such a runaround about sending it back. I really don’t trust them to refund my money. 1. First they asked me to send a picture of the area. I did. 2. Then they asked to send a clearer picture. I did. 2. Then they asked me to try to fix it with a flat iron. No. My hairstylist said No. No one can fix that. The hair will always fall the wrong way. It’s a defect in the way the wig was put together. Send it back. 3. Then they asked me to to send them a video and send them tracking info if I return. 4. Then I requested they honor the free return policy and send me a shipping label. 5. So they sent the shipping label. However they wrote some sort of disclaimer about refunding my money, if the defect was not the same as the pictures I sent them. What was that??? 6. I have no more time left to deal with this. Just chalk it up to a $225 loss and a lesson learned. I will end with warning others - DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE. Trust and believe the bad reviews. I find they were right on the mark.

This is not a reputable company. The wig I received was unwearable. They will not honor their RETURN POLICY. YOU WILL JUST BE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY, This is feedback received from Asteria hair after sending them several emails and pictures of a defective wig...... Subject: Re: Order #600111983 -Asteria Hair After Sale Service Hi Thanks for your pictures. As we all know, the lace is hand-tied product, each single hair is tied on the lace. This may be because the direction of the knots is inconsistent when they do it by hand. Would you mind considering use the flat iron to try it? If not, we can help you exchange or return it. We would also like to trouble you to take a small video for us to show this situation by the way, and we will feedback this problem to the company. (We have time difference, now it's Saturday here, we aren't able to reply in time, hope get your understanding, once back to work Monday here, we will reply ASAP.) The worst place to buy a wig

The worst place to buy a wig I paid 312.94 for a colored wig as soon as I got the wig right out the package the ends were damaged really bad Immediately took pics and sent to sellers they suggested everything to me from cutting my 24 inch wig to deep condition it..never once said send back for an exchange..they're the worst people ever never tried to resolve in a way to satisfy me..so disappointed Wish I could post pics..until now feb 2022 and I ordered Dec 2021 I have not gotten a refund or return ticket..I hope god punish these pple in the worst way
