My hair is true to the length and i got a 30” frontal wig but the frontal is like “18 long. The hair is really soft when you flat iron it but you have to constantly brush it because it gets tangled fast. It doesn’t shed. I got a 180% density and it wasn’t as full as i thought it was gonna be. If you want a full look get a 250% density. it’s definitely over priced, i paid $345 and it was not worth it. It came in two weeks but the arrival date got pushed back two days.

The wig I received from this place is awful, the hair is very very thin it was supposed to be 14inches NOT. Ordered small cap after communication with them for 2days they assured me the hair was true to length and was even WIG is choppy through out DON'T waste your money I'm not happy at all😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I love this hair! Great prices, beautiful hair, and great customer service. I was worried about buying this hair because of the bad reviews but I’ve heard that if you buy from the AliExpress site it’s fate but the actual website is real. Processing time was about a week but the shipping was quick and they sent an email after my order was delivered checking up on me. The hair was really soft and not too smelly. I definitely will be buying again from them.

Asteriahair you should be ashame of yourself for sending me this trashy looking wig. Asteriahair are these women being payed to give positive reviews on your website? The wig I received from your company is absolutely horrible. The worst wig I've ever purchased. The wig is dry and I can barely run my fingers through it. The different lengths in the poor wig looks as though you made it from leftover hair from a previous wig you made. Asteriahair you are going to have do better. Very disappointed customer!!! I ordered my hair and said my DHL did not deliver my parcel and sign it off as delivered. I was so disappointed and confused as I couldn’t believe this would happen to me. I contacted DHL go investigate and can you believe they claim the person who said they delivered my item no longer work for DHL and they are unable to tack where he delivered my Parcel, however I should contact the seller and make a claim. Suddenly I received an email to say I notice parcel delivered how is it. I’m like sorry mate it wasn’t delivered and I would like to make a claim. I thought it would. A no no we don’t care. However a lady called Regina was supper nice and apologise and said she can help me. I’m like wdh how. I explained everything DHL advise me and ask her to make a claim and I would like the hair I ordered back. However she explained they can make a claim but it won’t be the full money so the DHL person lied to me. Anyway I told Regina i needed hair for my bday and wow 1 week later I got my hair !! THANK YOU!! The service was exceptional and on top of that I was more angry wanting DHL to be punished but I had to stay calm as Regina was so professional and assured me she will try her best. She updated me every step of the way. I will be back and I’ve already told family and friends of the service. The hair is also wonderful.
