This company is a rip off!! I ordered over a month ago and haven't received my package yet.. they have been giving me the run around via email and messager and with NO solution.. even though I paid for insurance for the delivery.. still nothing.. I am now ordering Yolova wigs.. my orders have been arriving no later than 2 weeks from the day I've placed my orders.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO..

I was having issues with my order with the address and shipping and I had a photoshoot in a week. Jennie made everything so much better by taking care of my situation with such urgency and care and I got my order right on time

I ordered a 34 inch loose deep wave wig with 250% density and HD lace. I was so nervous at first because it took a minute to have Mara order processed but I will say that this company worked hard to make sure that my way got here early. The communication was the best part! I was so happy to be able to communicate with somebody about my order and they treated my situation with such grace. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Plus, the hair is beautiful and true to length! Thick all the way down to the ends! Very minimal shedding.
