Super fast with assistance and super friendly! I’ve had my 2 wigs for over a year now and they are good as new with a good wash and blow dry! Absolutely love this hair! My wigs do shed but it’s nothing to major! 3rd wig I’ve bought and I’m definitely a satisfied customer!

I am in love with this hair. I order from several vendors and usually don't do reviews, but Asteria hair has proven to be far superior to the rest and for the quality it looks like I spent $1000. I ordered a 36 inch 250 density body wave wig. My wig is so gorgeous, soft, full and true to length. It's everything. I colored it Jet Black and the color took perfectly. My hair is still soft and silky with no shedding. I received many compliments. If you're thinking of buying from Asteria Hair, do it. I promise you won't regret it. I got my hair just on time! And I love it! I ordered 30inch with 250% density and it looks so good! Even my boyfriend ask how much I paid for my hair cause he said it looks like it cost $1000 lol. The quality is beyond my expectations. Order the hair you won’t regret it. Also the communication is great! No hair company has ever reached out to me telling me they see my package was delivered, did I receive it and hoping I love the hair. That was great because I expressed to them that I needed my hair by a certain day and like I said I got it right on time! I will def order more hair from them!

I was very VERY disappointed by the company's shipping. I placed my order on the Feb 19th, reached out March 3rd and my order was not even shipped. Was told when I initially placed the order that shipping 3- 5 business days, but my oder was just sitting in China until I reached out to the company. They also wanted me to take a screenshot of my bank account statement to see if the funds were deducted from my accout, which I found odd. Lastly they promised me a discount if I paid via PayPal, but immediately said that they meant something else. I am very frustrated with this company and I am almost at the point where I would not suggest for anyone to order from them. Business should not be run this way. Received an email from the company nthis evening March 4 and she told me that China had their Chinese New Year hence the delay in shipping, I asked why this info was not communicated to us customers so that we wouldn't be expecting our shipping within the 3-5 business days as promised. I also asked fir a refund as I am no longer interested, but was told they would be unable to refund as the package is in transit. I am so over this company, once again be aware and do NOT order from ASTERIA HAIR. They are misleading, do not communicate well and shipping is HORRIBLE.
