Bought a great pair of Off White trainers for an outstanding price! They were marked as Very Good condition but they literally had no wear to them at all. Delivery was fast and free as well. I've got my eye on a few more things in there too. Can't wait to come back!

Useless website. Sizing completely wrong, I ordered a 'size 7' pair of shoes, usually being a UK 7 and they were about an inch too big. I therefore ordered a 'size 6' and they were still way too big. I was therefore left with two parcels to send back, bear in mind the shoes were Prada and we're talking hundreds of pounds - I had no email to say they had recieved either return, and then on both occasions had to ring up and chase them for my refund which took weeks. Wouldn't bother again - rubbish service.

The shop was selling a fake Chanel double flap for £6.3k. I’ve seen it myself by not being a Chanel expert from the authentication sticker (if you Google these stickers for 14xxxxxx you’ll see the way the sticker is supposed to be) Once I’ve asked to provide me with the authentication confirmation the shop asked for £25 authentication fee (never mind they state every product is authenticated before going live). Managed to convince that it’s in the shops interest to show me the bag is authentic (even though at that point I already knew the bag is fake - it was larger that medium and very flimsy). Masha said I will get a call today or tomorrow, but never got one. Called myself on the next day and the response was - coming in a few hours. Still nothing came back through which I wasn’t surprised as knew the result will be returned as “fake”. Anyway, I’m a few days got a WhatsApp message saying that bag was sold in the store (what a stupid reason to admit the bag was fake) and that they now have another one on sale at £7.0k. Wouldn’t be buying from this store anything as products could be fake. PS. Was flying from LHR in a day and just stopped at Chanel there - they had the exact spec I was looking for and bought it at £7.5k all in brand new. PSS. Happy to change my review if the store will show the result of that authentication request (it was sent to the Authenticator and I’m sure you have)

I purchased from the online store - easy and seamless! Decided to see the item in person and Faruq the warehouse manager was extremely helpful in arranging transfer to the shop such that I was able to do so at short notice and his communication and customer service was exemplary! I have returned to them in the past as well and it has been seamless and they process is quickly. Pleased customer :)

Sadly I had to send back the product I ordered because I misunderstood the sizing explanation However, the refund process was simple and hassle-free, so I would still recommend them.

I spoke to John this afternoon. What an amazing super efficient guy. I had a few issues, he sorted everything out for me, very quickly, and efficiently. I hope CSD appreciate what a treasure he is. 10 out of 10 John.
