Istar and Brittany at the Notting Hill branch are stars! They were friendly and accommodating and we ended up having a great chat for an hour about bag styles, dystopian fiction and AI, and our collective relief that flared jeans have returned to the high street. I left with two bags that they helped me pick. It was an awesome shopping experience and I shall return!

I’m actually getting a bit worried with this company. Ive placed an order on February 17 and I can’t even track my order ! It’s now February 24 and still nothing! I have plans coming up and I was relying on this order to be shipped on time. I don’t know if I should request a refund or call my bank :(

I can't give them a better rate since I haven't received my order after two weeks and the tracking number isn't even traceable!

My delivery hasn’t arrived as wrong postcode on label but correct line address?? I certainly didn’t add wrong code so not sure but no one’s fault as no one knows why? But they’re doing their best for return to sender and then to me. Emily helped as much as she could, staff at Marylebone and Notting Hill very pleasant and helpful.
