Bad experience. Everything seemed to be going fine until completion day. Apparently they had trouble getting funds released from my LISA so i had to call them and get them to release it. After what i solved what i thought was the hold up at 17:00 i finally get told that the land registry hadn't come back. Why wasnt i informed of this earlier in the day rather than hiding this important information. So after talking to them they knew land registry was taking a little bit longer and knew they should of submitted it sooner but they didnt. Now the result of this is that i didnt not complete on the day that we had arranged and it has ruined everything. I would call it embarrassing. This is their profession that they do day in day out and they cant even get it right. STAY AWAY !

Throughout the entire conveyancing process, the team at RG Law have been amazing. Regular updates through their excellent app. Quick and concise response to emails, always happy to take calls and chase where required. Made us feel like we were in safe hands. Which we were!
