Friendly and helpful staff at the Sidcup office. They have given me good advice, responded to my questions/emails in good time acted when I needed them to. This has resulted in getting my house sale to exchange/completion in good time. They were also very understanding when a buyer in the chain pulled out and put the whole process in jeopardy - advising I could move the file opening to a new buyer as necessary.
