I would like to personally thank Rheanne Coughlan for her excellent service during the conveyancing for the sale of our house. She kept us fully informed during the process even completing exchange on our required date even though she was feeling very unwell with the flu.

Disappointing service for our sale and purchase. Friendly staff, however long periods of no communication or response frustrating our chain, delays, unexpected charges on bills, mistakes made, and an unresolved ongoing issue 3 months on after completion (land registry paper work not submitted by them correctly) which if we don’t get resolved could cause major issue in the future. Next step complaint to ombudsman to help.

We instructed RG Law for the purchase of our first property. Overall, we had a good experience with them - replies were quick, we were kept up-to-date at all stages and when a tighter deadline had to be met on our seller's end, they were happy to accommodate. Their app made it incredibly clear what stage we were at in the process and was updated regularly for peace of mind. Nicky and George were the team that worked on our case and they were very professional and responsive. However, the reason for not awarding a 5th star was that there was a handful times where we picked up on spelling mistakes or incorrect figures on important documents that we then had to flag to them. There was also a payment missed off the final invoice which we then had to pay after our final closing payment so unfortunately, it was a little disappointing that these small details affected our overall experience. We would recommend RG Law as a solicitors but just make sure all documents are checked over for typos or mistakes before signing.
