Just used RG law for remortgage. My case was not as clean cut as normal but Jenny and Jordanne had been great throughout the whole process. They both kept in constant contact and I was able to speak to them whenever I needed to. I was disappointed with the service that RG law provided. I felt that there was a lack of communication from Jenny throughout the process and then requests were very last minute. I was asked to provide the same forms multiple times and had to resend things that I had already sent. I would not be recommending RG law to others for this reason. The whole process was stressful and I did not feel very supported throughout. In future, updates should be provided regularly and not left until last minute. Furthermore, I was asked to sign a form in the wrong place as RG law thought I was the buyer and not the seller. I had to take time out of work to rectify this and resign it again. I also received an email telling me that my estate agent will let me know when my keys are ready to collect - I was selling my flat so there was no need to collect keys! A very disappointing experience throughout that was made a lot more stressful than it needed to be and the process took a very long time for a sale with no chain.

We were really pleased RG law, Ben who was our main person kept us in the loop the whole time and was always there when we had questions. Really happy with their service and help in selling our house.
