I had a dishwasher installed recently, and Nikolay and his team were excellent throughout the whole process. When I posted my job they gave me a very competitive quote promptly and when I offered them the job, Nikolay's team were helpful in guiding me through all aspects of the work needed, and gave me thorough answers to all of the questions I asked, up to and including the dishwasher installation, Nikolay even agreed to install an additional kitchen cupboard for me when I made the request when he came round to survey where I wanted my new dishwasher to be installed. I was very happy with the quote given for all of the work, and I am now totally satisfied with the outcome now that the jobs have been completed. I must also compliment Nikolay and his office team were for the very good communications received from them throughout the whole process. Nikolay and his work assistant turned up to begin the job at the time agreed, explained everything I needed to know about the work they had completed, and left the work area clean and tidy when they had finished. I would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Twolions 11 based on the work they provided and the excellent level of service given to me up the the completion of these jobs for me.
