Contacted them recently and it was so refreshing to find someone so informative and straightforward . My contact was Greg whom came across as genuine , took time to listen and was very helpful eventually returned with a good offer along with a plan of action . Over a short period of time ,things have changed which means for now not using their services but will not hesitate to contact them again if things change . They were brilliant , genuine , and worth contacting .

left call feeling ridiculed and insulted...
I contacted this company to obtain an offer AS PER THEIR AD. I got a call back whereby in short, the agent introduced themselves, then began discussing matters that were outside of my control and in some cases, things I would have no or very little knowledge about. Most of which were regarding actions of OTHER SELLERS and THEIR HOMES. Eventually the agent ended the call saying he did not wish to waste my time anymore as their offer would be low. If you did not wish to waste my time, why are you discussing and asking me about ANOTHER PROPETY and the actions of it's seller? Why are you questioning the purchase price of my property and who I'm on the market with? and why it's listed at the price its listed at? Finally you get to the purpose of the call... by asking "How much are you looking to sell for?" and ultimately your offer would be lower than this. If you did not wish to waste my time or leave me feeling like I was being offended by these questions about actions OTHER PEOPLE that I would have NO control over then why not start with THIS question first. How much are you looking to sell for. Does this not seem more logical and time efficient to you? Especially if your questioning could lead to a caller being potentially offended with the nature of the questions? You know, things outside of my control that have nothing to do with me? I think most people would agree that if you start out by talking about negative things and things that are not within the sellers control that are also negative that the first impression (which is the most important bit...) is going to be somewhat unsatisfactory. GoodMove are attempting to remove this GENUINE review and it says so literally at the top of this window. As you can see by their response, they're attempting to tell me how I'm feeling and how I should be feeling because "The conversation was short, frank and level-headed on both sides.". So perhaps I'm expectd to end the call pointing out the poor service the moment it began if my feelings are to be true? I was under the belief that Trustpilot was created to allow people to share their honest experiences. If this review is removed, then it would mean I was wrong in that regard. Nothing I have said here is untrue. Your agent DID discuss things outside of my control that left me feeling ridiculed. Like somehow it's my fault?? and the call recording shows exactly this. The questioning of things that ARE outside of my control. Just because I did not jump up and start shouting down the phone at him..does not mean I was not unhappy about the approach of this agent. I called to get a quote/offer, THAT IS ALL. I don't want to know or talk about things outside of my control. It will change nothing. GoodMove made a comment accusing me of being frustrated because I posted a review of one of their competitors MONTHS ago. You're mistaken (again it seems?). I posted a true representation of how they handled the call JUST LIKE GOODMOVE. Their system was poor at best. You only need to look at the reviews of that company to see that I'm not the only person that has felt that way. But once again, GoodMove bringing things into discussion that have absolutely nothing to do with this review or what took place on the call. Infact, I had totally forgotten I had even spoken to your competitor so for you to accuse me of being "frustrated" because of something to do with them and you is complete fabrication on your part. I was never frustrated, before I even made the contact to your company. I even explained this on the phone, I'm exploring other options. I know for a fact if I put my property on the market for the offer you made and more... it would sell 100%. Before making contact I EXPECTED your offer to be low, I just wanted to gauge how low. I was never frustrated at any point. Insulted....offended... yes, by the things outlined above. But frustrated no. Before we decided to sell, we already knew that selling in the current market, we were NOT going to get what we paid. That was a very big ask/stretch. We expected to make a loss but sometimes you need to take a step back before you can move forward. That is what we intend to do. Your accusations on how I'm feeling are unfounded and only serve to prove my point on how your company seems to operate. Insult and offend people...
