The experience is good if you are prepared to sell below market value, as no Estate agent, or solicitors fees. They stuck to their offer, which I was happy with. Moving day came, and I felt a bit pressured being told I was to hand over the keys to the buyer at 12.00. This is the fourth time I have bought and sold a property, and in my experience I have never received the keys until the afternoon, as I have always been part of a chain, so there was no way I was going to hand them over until I had the keys to my new house. The explanation I was given was that, 'my buyers just wanted to be in'. So did I, and maybe it works like that if you are moving into a vacant property, but not as part of a chain. Anyway, they kept letting me put if back by 30 minutes at a time. The buyers were waiting in their car outside. When I spoke with them, it turned out they had not made any demands, and were just told they would be getting the keys at 12.00, so I suspect Goodmove close on a Friday afternoon, or maybe the particular member of staff dealing with my sale had booked the afternoon off. I got the keys for my property at 12.55, after i had travelled to an Estate Agents to collect them, so my buyers just had to wait.

I have just sold a property with Goodmove and have been absolutely delighted with their service.
