These guys are both professional and courteous to a tee, with a very humane side. Selling, is a drama, made easier by Good Move (thanks Katy, Rowan) and the amount offered was only just below what local estate agents were offering, so it was a no brainer!)

My house had a 'flying freehold' and when I thought about selling it I decided to see what offer I might get from a house buying company. I was very sceptical but Goodmove seemed to have lots of very positive reviews. They came up with a reasonable offer but I decided that when I did come to sell I would use a traditional estate agent. At the end of July my 'dream' flat came back onto the market after it's sale had fallen through. I immediately put in an offer which was accepted. Unfortunately, the owner wouldn't take it off the market until I had sold my house. As the market had taken a downturn, I knew this wouldn't happen very quickly. It was at this point I went back to Goodmove. It was late on a Friday afternoon when I rang Brad to explain the situation. Within half an hour he had emailed me the written offer which meant the flat was taken off the market. Sophie then rang me straight after to make arrangements to get my house sold. Photos were taken very quickly and an open house was arranged, at which it sold. Dalia then took over as the sale progressed. She kept me up to date with everything and, despite some issues along the way, the sale went through. Although I did end up with slightly less cash for my house, I managed to secure the flat I wanted. I consider myself very lucky when you look at the current state of the property market. I would definitely recommend Goodmove to anyone in a similar position. Thank you Brad, Sophie and Dalia for being brilliant!
