i was a little apprehensive about using the site at first however, the guy i spoke to (whose name i didn't write down sorry) offered a huge amount of very useful advice to the point where he as good as advertised me to keep the property on the market until the new year and maybe review the asking price then; he was very knowledgeable and offered advice on other properties in the area both on the market and that had sold recently. The service and advice i received was far and above what i expected to a point i would advise rebranding the company as offering advice to sellers with an offer to buy as a sideline, wouldn't hesitate recommending the service

Con Artists - Don't Use Was up front with their crooked operative on price, agreed a price which I was comfortable with, they dragged their heels over the process only to then bait and switch to a lower price, using an invalid excuse. My advice is find a good estate agent rather than these shysters. Looks to me like they prey on vulnerable people who are desperate.

Greg was so good to me. He took everything into consideration. I had lost my husband. Greg was very kind considerate and very patient with me. He worked around me all the time. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot thank Greg enough. I couldn't have done it without him. Never pushy. Kind and caring and very thoughtful and full of dignity.

Great service to deal with
