Customer service from the start was great. I was kept up to date. Unfortunately my sale fell through, however, I've not been charged at all. There was no quibbling. The process of getting my flat on to the market was very straight forward. Good photographer used. The advert was good. The contractor doing the viewings was very professional and friendly too. Would recommend them. Only reason I didn't continue was due to the sale falling through and then a change of circumstances.

Upon contacting Good Move in view to selling our property we were quickly contacted and our questions answered. The paperwork came as quickly we were told, and we were calmly guided through a the everything. At all times the person we first spoke to was contactable, and that was so nice to have just one person working with us whilst we sold the bungalow. The whole process was as quick as we were told, extremely thorough, and professionally done. Thank you Greg!

I must admit that I was somewhat dubious in contacting Good Move, having no idea what to expect but prepared to be "ambushed" with calls, texts etc. etc. but very happy to report, quite the reverse. In reply to my on-line enquiry I received a text to say someone would be contacting me in due course which they did. I found the ensuing conversation easy, the procedure fully explained and absolutely no pressure was put on me to take up their fair and sensible offer. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this goodmove property firm to anyone in search of a quick, hassle free sale - like me, give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
