Excellent service

I am a very new tenant renting out my first property and I didn't have a clue on anything gas or electric wise, however the lovely woman I spoke to called Liz was very helpful, calm, understanding and patient and it put me at ease and explained everything so now everything I was fretting over before has been resolved, 10/10 for communication, helpfulness and all round experience.

Serena was the kindest and most understanding customer service employee I’ve come across. She was clear, informative and professional throughout the phone call as I had a lot of questions. She made all my worries disappeared and she clarified a lot of things for me numerous times when I was unsure.
