The girl I was speaking to went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal for my needs . Top class . I believe the girls name was Natalie …. Ten out of ten . If only all call centre workers had natalies attitude the experience of phoning call centres would be that bit better and make the customer feel comfortable. Thank you .

I think the young lady's name is Kelly, she was amazing, she did everything to be helpful, very knowledgeable about the whole deal,first class. I'm just hoping it all goes easily when the time comes, I notice the changeover is outside the cooling off period, so disruption could happen, if it does, you can't back down.
