Phoned up with queries and liz was straight on it clear and helpful and sorted my problem out there and then and even put me on a better tariff element service well done liz.

I rang octopus energy as they had great reviews regarding price and service. I spoke to a customer service representative called jemel he was helpful in getting me a low price for my gas and electricity. And was very advisable on what was the best for my needs. And was prompt on getting the service to my home straight away.

Teegan was extremely helpful and informative, he was also extremely patient with us and understanding when we explained how very little we knew about the new place, we really weren't much help to him, but he was extremely helpful to us! Very polite and friendly person. It really makes a difference talking to someone who doesn't just seem like a robot. This guy needs a pay rise!

Called the wrong number to complain about my current virgin provider. Edwin offered support but explained the main purpose of the utility switch board service and found me a better deal with sky for almost half the monthly DD I'm paying now with virgin. Very helpful, polite and personable. Also a quick hassle free process.
