Excellent product and delivery. The product selection was very good for our purpose (product was a simple & small headstone 10x7). The company is flexible with design options and the design update/approval turn-around time was excellent. Product delivery time, packaging quality and delivery tracking were all excellent. Final product looked excellent, exactly as depicted online. The only suggestion would be that the etching could have been a little deeper for the medium used (stone). Extremely satisfied and will use again/refer others as needed.
