I never received my order and the customer service was really unhelpful. After I submitted a formal complaint I then got some help but not until then. I won’t be ordering online again. I love this store in person.

Poor quality products and overpriced

Poor quality products which aren’t worth the money, the look, cut and feel are awful. They promote themselves as Bohme London and Bohme UK but when you want to return something you have to post it to China!!! This is at your own expense which they tell you will cost €30! They have unscrupulous business practices and should be avoided.
