I’ve gotten some great things on this site… sandals, tops? Dresses, just got one for my daughter for a wedding next week. Nice clothes, fairly nice quality and very good prices.

I reached out several times for help with a return and never got a reply.

I ordered several shirts. After I received them I kept all tags on and tried them on. As a 5’11 woman I have trouble finding clothing meant for tall people. These shirts did not fit as they all ran too short and my stomach showed. I returned them. Upon receiving the return Böhme sent me an email claiming I was returning “used” clothing and would not issue me refunds in the future. I had only tried them on once and returned them to the bag after. I was very confused as don’t most people try on the clothing to decide wether or no to keep it? It was easy to get on and off and so I know there wasn’t any stretching of the clothing.

The clothes always look so good, but honestly the charge for refunds isn’t worth the risk. The sizes aren’t always the same and you can’t rely on reviews because they don’t have any on products to help a consumer. I’m guessing this is because they want people to make the purchase. I’ve tried a few things and it never works. This store just isn’t worth it.

I cannot quit ordering. EVERYTHING I get in is fabulous. Every piece of clothing I wear I get so many compliments. LOVE,LOVE,LOVE!!!

Your stuff is cute, but your Return Policy is terrible. I’d be much more likely to repeat shop if you refunded returns. There are a thousand brands out there with similar items that actually do refund purchases that don’t work, so I probably won’t ever shop with you again for that reason.

I was was disappointed with some of the sizing, usually an XL first perfect but the slacks had no room for a butt which is kind of the case for a lot of clothing from Bohme…it’s not very “plus size friendly” even though I wouldn’t really be considered “plus size”. However, I always love the customer service whenever I go in to return an item. In short, sizing for Bohme=subpar and would love for them to start making clothes that fit people with boobs and butts. Customer service side of it=never disappoints.
