Great assistance in style and sizing

I purchased three items online. A piece of jewelry and two skirts. The jewelry did not look anything like the post. I tried to return it in store and was told that you cannot return jewelry that is purchased online. I was not able to get in store credit either. Knowing that your items sell out quickly, I purchased the skirts in advance for a birthday. Because the birthday was 30 days after the purchase, I was not able to return the skirts which were the wrong size. So I am stuck with items that I do not want and no way to return them or get credit. I will not be purchasing anything else from you online.

Estafa. Me llegó el pedido, muy bonito pero me quedaba pequeño,por lo que lo he devuelto por correo certificado tal y como me dijeron por correo. I emailed customer service asking about return policy and no one bothered to even acknowledge my message.

Your size large runs extremely extremely small for a size large as someone who is generally a size 12 with a large bust. This is definitely way too small and is not a size large.

I love Bohme's selection, styles, sizes, and prices. Ive always have had a good experience when ordering and yhe few times ive had to return were super easy as well. I just wish there was an app.

The ladies who work at our Bhome are always so helpful and kind. They are the best!
