I had an accident March 2018 I slipped in a bath at a hotel I was staying for my daughters wedding. There was no none slip mat in the bath and no literature saying any was available. I injured my left shoulder and bruised the inside of my leg. I did report it to the hotel immediately. I didn’t think anything of it until a few days later when I was in considerable pain hence I called the doctors who advised that I’d caused a Rip in my shoulder. I was put forward for physio and advised to contact a claims lawyer. Which I did contact Kathryn. She took my case on and she dealt with it in a very professional and caring manor. I was referred to a private doctor who sent me for an MRI scan I also attended physio sessions. Yes this has taken over 2 years to get a conclusion but Kathryn went down every possible Chanel in order to have the right info to fight my case. I found Kathryn very responsive if I ever called or emailed her she always replied. Her actions have been very thorough. Hence getting me a reasonable settlement agreement. I would highly recommended her to fight any injury claim you may have.
