Excellent from start to finish. Great ordering process via Mark and on day of delivery the delivery team called ahead of delivery. Very polite and very conscious of taking shoes off when going upstairs and assembled the bed in a very efficient manner. I must say, the best delivery team we've come across and a true credit to Living It Up!

I bought 2 Drew sofas in the pale cream velvet. They are beautiful. The 2 delivery men were amazing - on time, polite and very neat. At first I wasn’t sure how comfy they were but after a week I’m finding them very comfy. It’s difficult buying on line but I’m very pleased with the quality. They look so much more expensive than they were. I’d definitely recommend this company.

I ordered a chair and received excellent service from the beginning of the process to the final delivery. I requested and received samples within 2 days. When I ordered my chair they sent the order for me to check the details before finalising. I was kept informed about the expected delivery date and once the date was confirmed I received details of the delivery slot with the option to re-schedule. The chair arrived on time and was unpacked and assembled for me. It exceeded my expectations and is a great addition to my room.
