Complete disaster - Don't order anything from them

Ordered a bed online and received an incomplete bed after almost a month which their staff couldn't assemble themselves. He left all the parts and pieces in my bedroom and said will report it to the office. Received a phone call saying that this was the only bed they had and apologised saying that they shouldn't sell a bed which is incomplete. When I ask to take the bed back they said they cannot guarantee when they can take it back and I am also not allowed to take these pieces of bed out from my bedroom which is taking quite a lot of spaces. When I suggested to leave it in my garden they said they will not refund my money back if I do that. They don't have any respect to their customers and rude while asking to find a solution immediately. Promised me to send an email with offering a solution and the contact number of their manager but didn't send any as of now. My wife taken a day off to receive the delivery and it was a complete waste of time. Now they are asking to take us another day off to pick up their mess and only then they will refund my money back let alone any compensation offer. Waiting to get my money back immediately or I might have to report them.
