My experience was better than some others’

GP supplies managed to supply me with various cleaning products during the pandemic. There were a few products that later became unavailable and GP supplies asked me if I would opt for a replacement or refund via email. No problems with my purchase. Thank you GP Supplies. I did not ring them so I could not comment on their telephone customer service.

Delayed delivery by 3 months

Delayed delivery by 3 months, and then send out products with extremely short shelf life of 6 months, when previous supplies from other suppliers have lasted over 1 year. Customer service unwilling to do anything about it

Very poor communication

Very poor communication. No reply to my emails. Waited for 6 weeks then I just cancelled my order as GP Supplies could not give me any reassurance when they could fulfil my order. I have sourced supplies elsewhere. Wont be using your company again.

Poor customer sevice as they didnt…

Poor customer sevice as they didnt reply to my email when i asked them for a refund for items i didnt get from my order. They then sent me anither version of the product which i have no idea if it was cheaper than the original i had ordered. I wont be using them again.

Just reiterating a lot of other…

Just reiterating a lot of other negative comments. Order placed on 24th April, no acknowledgement received, apart from the paypal confirmation from paypal. They do not answer phones or emails and I will now contact paypal to recover my money. If you read this, avoid this company they are out to pick your pocket quite literally! @ GP admin - no point in sending what seems to be your default response, please forward your order number because I haven’t received one! I’ve already logged my query with you including my Paypal confirmation but yet to receive any form of reply.
