Stay away!!!

I placed my order, paid 8£ for shipping 2-5 working days. They took the money at once, it's been over 3 weeks and my order is still processing. I tried to call them a few times, first in line in the call queue, I was waiting for almost one hour but nobody picked up the phone. I sent them an email and I got a reply that they are closed for this week but I placed my order 3 weeks ago not one. Unreliable company, don't waste your time and money.

Abysmal

Absolutely awful. The message on their websites which has been up for over 3 weeks now suggesting they are responding to queries remotely is just not the case. It is impossible to get hold of anyone either by email or phone. They have taken my money but nothing has been delivered. I have now had to escalate this to a claim with Paypal to get my money back. I wish I had checked the recent reviews on here before wwhich clearly shows there is an issue. Stay well away from this company.

We have been a supplier to this company for many years with no problems, supplied goods in June, should have received payment in July, still nothing and can't get through on phone or email, avoid at all cost

*Suppliers and Buyers Take Care*

We are a supplier to this company since 2007 - never had any issues with the previous owner. Around ~3 years ago GP Supplies was acquired by a new owner and moved to new premises/ . We were owed over £3,000 for product supplied - goods that were invoiced and delivered on 3rd May 2022. It should have been paid up by mid-June. After numerous polite emails and phone calls (that were able to get through) to various staff members, chasing them for over a MONTH , and the TRUSTPILOT Review comments, I'm glad to say it finally spurred them to settle up today 19th August 2022. We suspect there is a grave issue occurring behind the scenes, and customers as well as suppliers are potentially losing trust. __________________________________________________ RAJAN PITAMBER – managing director Medic Merchant Ltd.

Worried and disappointed

I have used this company in the past and not had an issue but I ordered contiplan wipes 3 weeks ago for my mum who has cancer who desperately needs these whilst on chemo and they have not arrived! They have put up a message to say there is an issue on their website but for 1 week well that’s been over that like others have said below. I would like a refund but can’t get through to anyone no response and the hold time is going up and up and no one responds I hope they respond to me through trystpilot.

Stay away from this company! They are happy to take your money and give you no communication on whats going on with their buisness!. Its been over 3 weeks and my order is still processing? The money has been debited from my account! I have asked for a full refund but havent had a reply.

I contacted them as my order did not arrived which they replied they were closed for a week due to unforeseen problems. Contacted them again 10 days later and received the same message. I have asked for a full refund. Do not use.

Appalling

Awful customer service! I placed an order over a week ago which stated 2-4 days delivery. No order update, emails have gone unanswered. Currently trying to get through to customer service on the telephone and ‘my call is now 1st in line and will be answered by the next available representative’ which it has been for 25 minutes. Wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase from this company. Where would you even begin with regards to a refund??? UPDATE 15/8/22 Currently attempting to call this company AGAIN. First in line in the call que and have been waiting 45 minutes. Still No response to emails and no update on order. Next step will be instructing bank to reclaim money and a call to trading standards. Terrible company!

Poor

Failed to refund money for none delivery of order. Failed to advice problem with delivery. Failed to answer phone, automatically switched to music, no explanation. Failed to answer email.
