Was dissapointed when told delivery would be 6 weeks and possibly Sept !. Delighted when emailed by courier to inform Delivery would be a few days after ordering! There is a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. Needs sorting. Delighted with small raised bed but would be very helpfull if you were to drill pilot holes prior to delivery due to the very hard plastic being used.

Customer care is excellent. I needed to amend my order, which they dealt with.

We are happy with the Speyside 2 seater, which was delivered quickly and was easy to assemble. Unfortunately our first choice of colour was out of stock and unavailable for several months, but we like the colour we got. The catalogue prices do not include VAT. This is shown in the catalogue but it should be given more prominence.

Easy ordering, super speedy delivery and a brilliant product. The picnic bench is very well made and extremely good quality. Looking forward to getting years of use from it.

The quality of this bench is outstanding, very sturdy and attractive (blue) to look at. It sits in my herb garden with plenty of space for two people to sit and smell the herbs on a warm evening. We will no longer have to put my bench away in the winter so can use it all year long which is fantastic. We think something must have gone wrong in the ordering process because after 5 weeks from the order we contacted NBB to ask when it was coming and they said they would look into it and it came the next day! Good delivery though, no problems there. The bench was pretty easy to put together but we would recommend 2 people as the pieces are heavy, especially when you are trying to align the bolt holes. We would suggest that the pieces are put together loosely first before tightening the bolts to allow some movement when aligning. As has been previously said, we drilled some pilot holes for the screws and used a power drill which made it all very simple. Very impressed, we are thinking of getting a new table for the patio now!
