Cruise.com Always the Best!

For many years I have used Cruise.com for researching and booking cruises. Sometimes I have done my own booking online without any problems and other times I have chosen to call one of the agents. All of the booking agents I have dealt with as well as the billing agents have provided excellent service with outstanding attitudes. I can mention Bella Royal as one of their finest. The prices are the best, they offer more onboard credit than any other cruise agent I have found, and their instructions and communications are complete and timely. Number 1!

She volunteered to research my questions & got back with me immediately. It was a positive experience booking with her. I would do it again.

Service was better in the past

We have been using cruise.com since our first cruise to Alaska. We used to work with Ms. M Brandt. Ms. Brandt has moved on and worked in another department at cruise.com. So, this year, I have booked two cruises with someone else through cruise.com. The first one was NCL Hawaiian cruise in January/February. There was an overcharge of $10 for two invoices and we haven't received the refund of $20. Sometimes, I wonder how much time I should put in in order to get the $20 back. The second cruise will be Alaska cruise with Princess. I have indicated that we had purchased future cruise credit. But, when I got the final payment invoice, there was no credit given despite the my online Princess account shows the credit has been used. I had to call cruise.com in order to straighten out the payment. The second issue with cruise.com is that I had indicated that preferred dinning time would be 5:30 sitting time since my mother usually eats early. But, somehow, cruise.com put us (a group of 9 people) on 6:00 PM dinning time. I went online and changed the time without realizing the change doesn't apply to the entire members in my group. So, I had to call Princess to figure out and it apparently is too late for us to change the sitting time since we are a big good, need the table size of 10. I would grade "excellent" for the service we received in the past. But, I have to say I am disappointed for the last two booking we did through cruise.com.

2 MISTAKES. Or. More...

I WAS attended VERY Well by PHONE for MR Estrada, , we BOUGHT a CRUISE for Oct. 10 ON THE OASIS BY THE SEAS, from Royal Caribbean, GIVEN 2 DIFFERENTS crédits cards , one for pay the reservation , the other for the insurance. Mr Estrada repeat perfectly wich p one will payd. Each... , . Next day... I saw in my cc.statement, they invert the payments. I call and later they make the correct changes. 2.- I separated 1 st turn restaurant, and , later discoverd, We don t have any Table reservation. I call one more time, I did the . Second complain, And explain I m very disappointed for the second mistake, , and some hours later I receive mail from Mr. Estrada, where was inform, they can solve the inconvenient,and we have reservation as we asked originally. 3.- as I received yesterday one mail from another cruise company, where was offer also one special diner for 2 at the paid restaurant, I call and ask , if we can benefit with this too, was attended for a wonderful woman from Porto Rico, she try. , find this offer for us, but she can t. Anyway she do a perfect job.. We cruised by another line, no mistakes, and without claim for, we was upgrade the deck, and from balcony to the many suite. As Cruise does many mistakes, I ask if they can offer something in compensation, like upgrade or some, but the answer was. NOT. MY PERSONAL OPINION, IS THE PERSONAL WHO S ANSWER THE PHONES ARE IN GENERAL, VERY ATTENTIVES,, THE DESORDER MAYBE IS INSIDE, AND NEED PERSONS WHO AUTHORICE SOME TYPE OF COMPENSATION, IN SPECIAL, WHEN VERIFIED HOW MANY MISTAKES ARE DOING. Cruise Reservation from Agency

The agent was courteous and I got additional discount. I got reduced fare by $75.00, gratuity was paid, and $75.00 credit voucher, a discount of 12%, a good discount. The cruise ship, celebrity does not have information about the credit voucher, and I do not know how it will play out. After making reservation, the cruise ship, celebrity reduced the rate for the class, I was booked. If I had booked through Celebrity, I would have received credit and that I could not received from the agency.
