As a Defective Concrete Block homeowner who had just demolished our house. I was delighted when Kaine proposed a package that would test both the new Concrete Foundations & blocks for all deleterious materials, as we were worried that we could fall victim to same lack of standards in quarries in Ireland (once bitten twice as shy). After coring being completed (about a week after making the call), the cores (from the foundations and block stockpiles onsite) were readied for dispatch to the Lab. Kaine was true to form regarding the results timeframe and a timely msg to say all was clear just before Bison slabs were due to be fitted left us feeling such relief. One week later and a detailed Chartered Engineer & Geologist report was forwarded which scientifically confirmed that our house will be good for generations to come. A phonecall was then arranged to discuss the report incase anything was unclear and this concludes a great experience for us as customers of MicaExpress.
