WHY DID I WEIGHT FOR IT TO GO!

I can honestly say that I am thrilled with the results of weight to go, I have tried every diet going and I mean every diet, the cabbage diet, egg diet, grapefruit diet, along with all the diet clubs that are going, I have lost weight on them but after a while I got bored so put the weight back on, this is the first diet where I don't crave things, the shakes are delicious, so creamy, and the meals are filling and fresh tasting, especially when you ad your veg to them.,the soups are amazing, they taste homemade and are really filling, there is no calorie counting or weighing to mess about with you just heat and eat! I think having the two days off have been a big help to me, I love fish in creamy sauces and on previous diets I would have to use syns or points in order to eat it but with weight to go I just wait until my day off and enjoy it guilt free! I have been using the diet for three weeks now and I have lost a stone, usually by this time on a diet my enthusiasm has started to wain a bit, but not with weight to go, I can honestly say I don't feel like I am on diet and for the first time in 40years I am confident I am going to shift the weight. I would say give it a go, it sounds cheesy I know, but its true, but the only thing you have to lose is weight.

Great Tasting Food. Great Quality Meals.

I was very pleasantly surprised at just how good the Weight To Go meals taste. I have tried a number of ready meals and the Weight To Go meals are by far the best. The quality of the ingredients made for a very tasty meal. I am now looking forward to each meal time. Don't take my word for it, try them yourself!!

Excellent

Now starting my fourth week and I have lost 10lbs already, just another 7 to go and I will be happy! This diet has worked for me because its quick and easy to get your meal ready, I find if I spend an hour cooking, I grab for the biscuits and crisps to keep me going otherwise. I have followed this diet religiously during the week, but give myself treats at the weekend, so if we go out for a meal I pick healthy options and have half a pudding. I know dieting is a willpower thing as well and I would say make sure you are in the right frame of mind, before you start this diet. The food is great, but very strictly controlled portion sizes, which is why it works. The shakes can be used to make latte coffee, add fruit for a boost in vitamins and use less water to make a mousse type dessert. I love thus diet, it makes you stop and think about what you are eating, if you have "days off". Once I have finished my 5 week plan, I know the good habits I've learned will continue on and if I start to stray I may put myself back on plan for week or two. I haven't exercised, apart from the usual running a home and going to work, I intend to start though as desperate to tone tummy up for next summer. Good luck!

Way to go, Weight To Go. Godsend!

My weight was at an “all time high” of 111Kg (17St 7Ib). I couldn’t judge portion sizes and found it very hard to cook for myself, due to working long hours. The main habit that formed was to rely on take away food. Chinese, Indian, kebabs, pizza and chip shops became the norm and their portion sizes were probably exceeded all my daily allowances. I had seen adverts for a competitor on TV and after some investigation online decided that they weren’t for me, however that’s where I discovered “Weight to go” instead. The reviews I read were positive and most bad reviews seemed to stem from people not understanding what they were entering in to. Read the small print people. You can cancel after the first delivery, but will be sent subsequent deliveries until you notify them to stop. I decided on the “reward 1” plan. That way, if I disliked the food, I could cancel and there would be no great loss. The first pack arrived at the promised time and was well packaged. The meal sizes were larger than I expected but I was a little concerned at reducing my calorific intake so drastically and had imagined I would be forever in a state of hunger. How wrong was I? One alteration I did make, was adding one slice of wholemeal bread to my daily soup. I don’t think that’s too much of a drama for quite an active 47 year old man, but obviously if you add more calories, then results will be slower. I had read one review where someone slated that the food was not fit for their dog. I couldn’t disagree more. I can honestly say, hand on heart, that I have enjoyed every meal and soup that has been sent. The taste is fantastic and I have a great time shuffling the packs, so that I don’t know what the next day has in store for dinner. It’s a nice surprise and I am never disappointed. I am guilty however of adding some hot chilli sauce to some meals, as I do love hot food. The packs are also super convenient for taking to work and meal planning is no longer a problem. The first week had me hooked and I bulk ordered my next delivery, which arrived just as hassle free, as the first. Just the other day I received an email to notify me that my next delivery was due. I quickly called up to cancel my “Reward 1” deal. Not because of any dissatisfaction, but it seems more cost effective for me to sign up to “Reward 4” and that’s what I’ll be doing early next week after having a couple of days rewarding myself. You see, in just five weeks of “weight to go” and cardio sessions at the gym, that body of 111Kg (17st 7Ib) has now shrunk 10 98Kg (15st 6lb) and I couldn’t be happier. Now to get back down to my 88Kg, something I haven't been in years and I now know it's possible. Way to go, Weight to Go!

Weight to Go meals are so easy, tasty and nutritious

With Weight to Go one does not have to think and plan menus, further than deciding which packets to use today! No long cooking times required and minimum amount of dishwashing involved! Also my visits to the supermarket are less, shorter and more economical. Weight to Go is perfect for someone who leads a busy life getting home late from work, for instance, and it works! In three months I have lost 10kgs and am now able to wear trousers I have not worn for a while! Also, as I love my vegetables, it is no hardship as I am able to have fresh vegetables every day.

Tasty Alternative to Diet Chef

I had been using a rival diet plan provider, Diet Chef, but after watching the Ideal World shopping channel I wanted to try Weight to Go. I did not want to subscribe to a contracted plan and did not want to take up the Ideal World offer as I can not stand tomato and basil soup and the bulk buy was not flexible enough to avoid this. So I went for a mix and match assortment. I am very impressed with the food. I think it is better quality than D.C. The milkshakes are fab especially when fruit and ice are added. I am losing weight fast so I know it all works as described. Unfortunately you can not be awarded five stars as there is a minor gripe or two. 1 limited choice, time for some new meal ideas. 2 postage charge, you don't get that with D.C. 3 the snack bars are not too good, a bit dry and cardboard like. Sorry guys but everything else is good. I will be using again and I would recommend W.T.G

Very efficient service and great tasting foods

Overall this is quite an effortless way of losing weight. The soups taste great and the meals on the whole are good and are served mostly with potatoes and some with rice or pasta. They do sometimes tend to all taste the same especially if you have had them for a few weeks but I have varied it by having something different i.e. my own cooked foods/meals at weekends and that way I feel that you can stay motivated to lose weight and keep on the straight and narrow. I do wish they had an alternative to the shakes for breakfast as I soon got fed up with them even though I improved them by adding berries to them and made them into a smoothie in the morning. I feel that is quite easy to do that yourself anyway by simply buying some good protein powder which is indeed what I am doing now when not having porridge or granola for breakfasts.

Way to go! Weight to Go.

I really like the one to one arrangement with my contact at Weight to Go. Being a vegetarian, I find her very helpful as she gives me good advice and attention and seems a very nice person. The food suits me and I enjoy it whether it is to lose weight or not.
