Good food, auto-renewal is a concern

I used the Weight-To-Go service to supplement my food with healthier option. The food is decent and enjoyable in the main. There could be more options for breakfast, its not the easiest when travelling. Its a lot of food to be sent on a auto-renewal basis, and there is no online option to unsubscribe and stop it, that was my only concern.

SO FAR, SO GOOD .....

. I rang for details of this diet regime having come across it on a search engine. I was very impressed with the ratings on this website as I was looking for a 4-week diet plan prior to a holiday. I had found the allocation of the meals rather confusing online, but spoke on the telephone to Sue who explained all in a concise, friendly and professional manner. Thank you Sue. When the food arrived (48-hours after online ordering) it was all then rather obvious. I started this diet one week ago today and have just weighed and found that I have lost 4.6 lbs in the week. I am leaving for Barbados in three weeks time and so am really hoping that this weight loss rate will continue and that I can reach a loss of 14 lbs (one stone) before I leave. On the same day as I started my W-to-G regime, I also started a gentle but (hopefully) effective exercise regime using the Smart WonderCore machine that I bought from Thame on Amazon. I had seen the tv ad' and did some extra research and was impressed - I have to be VERY careful with exercising as I have a serious lower back problem. FOOD (from my selection) - The PORRIDGE is unlike any porridge I have ever seen or tasted, but actually I rather like it !! I chose chocolate/toffee/banana SHAKES and all are very nice. I make them earlier in the day and refrigerator them in glasses. As they chill they appear to thicken and are quite filling. I'm not overfond of SOUP at any time (or anywhere) and so I just chose two - Parsnip and Butternut Squash, and actually the former is rather nice whereas I am indifferent to the latter (nothing wrong with it, just a matter of taste). I add lots of freshly ground black pepper to the soups and drink them from a soup mug using a spoon for any remaining solids. I quite like all of my selection of SNACKS and look forward to them as a late evening treat. I have also purchased (from Amazon) the PhD Nutrition 75g Peanut Butter Protein Flapjacks (270 cals each), just to ring the changes. I have liked all of the SUPPERS/MAIN MEALS to varying degrees, but I think that the Meatballs are definitely my favourite. I try to save calories for when I have a pasta supper so that I can add 16g of Parmesan to them (60 cals). I serve ALL my suppers on a bed of raw spinach - which I like, but also helps boost my Vits, Iron and Magnesium levels. W-to-G food is DEFINITELY superior to the ughy good that I had a few years ago from DietChef (where everything looked and tasted the same - neither of which was very good). The twice-weekly deliveries of freshly cooked food from BodyChef however is fabulous, but I just can't afford it now. I suspect that I will need to re-order W-to-Go on my return to the UK to help me loose the pounds that I put on when I am away!! If trustpilot allows, I will post a further update. .

Use a better courier

Order shipped out quickly but no note left at door... Now parcel is lost as the house that collected the parcel (according to their tracker) has not answered their door is almost a week
