The flower arrangement was smaller than I expected.

Incompetent and dishonest company that tries to blame the customer for its own failings. Don't expect your flowers to be delivered, but do expect them to twist their defense into blaming you, the customer.

The customer service woman (i'm sorry i did not get her name) that i spoke to was very helpful. I love the fact that a picture was sent of the flowers before delivery. The recipient was very pleased and sent me a picture of the flowers (which were beautiful along with the black striped vase!). I would definitely order from your company again!

I was very satisfied with placing the order. It’s a great website and the flowers are beautiful. Next they were delivered right on time. Unfortunately, the glass vase was too small. I was sad the roses barely fit and their stems were so tight in the vase. I am not sure how long the roses will last. This was a special gift and I really wanted it look nicely displayed. This is the third time I order from Odealarose and I will probably order again just not get the same vase.

The flowers were not delivered on the day I ordered them for. The entire address was on the delivery form, but for some reason, the delivery person did not understand that the number 12 was the buzzer number to ring the next day, it was re-delivered but the delivery person had to call me so that I could tell him to ring number 12…

I ordered a bouquet from them and there was an issue which they remedied. Seems like a good overall company.

This was a very good experience -- the one tiny issue was the weather, which was very cold so a couple of flowers looked a little the worse for wear. Otherwise, A+.

I wanted to send roses to my daughter for her 30th birthday and I found Ode À la Rose when I googled roses NYC. They were able to deliver, (next day), the most exquisite arrangement called ‘Grand Brigitte’! My daughter has posted the roses on social media over and over. They are literally so beautiful!! The service was outstanding as well, and I can honestly say I have found my go to place to order all flowers from!!
