Never again. Ordered flowers for a memorial 3 days in advance. The flowers were delivered the day AFTER the memorial. No one called to tell me of the delay and when I discovered they didn’t make it and called ODLR customer service, they sent me an email (while I was on the phone with them I had my email account open) saying someone had emailed me the previous day to notify me and apologize. Also, while the flowers were $$$ and I had spent $120, they attempted to refund me just $18 saying it was the courier’s fault, not theirs. I told them the flowers were no longer needed and it was awful for them to arrive after the memorial. They promised a full refund but I am keeping an eye on my cc statement bc I do not trust them.

I ordered the night before, and it arrived the next morning—beautiful and perfect! They even snapped a picture before it left the store. I loved the experience, and the recipient was so happy. A+
