Only issue is orders drop.in process photo never was added to delivery second order was reset. Ordering doesn't work well Wsl love the flowers

Great customer service. I had forgotten to apply a discount code when I ordered my flowers. I wrote them about it and was thrilled when they immediately provided a refund for that amount. The flowers and macaroons were perfect and they send you a photo of your bouquet. Ode a la Rose is now my go-to florist.

Great service and great packaging. Flower arrived safely and on time. One flower stem was broken but the rest are in tact.

Update: The company has contacted me and explained there was an error with my order, which meant the flowers weren't delivered. They will be refunding me. Spent $120 for flowers to be sent to my husband at his meeting hotel in Florida since we couldn’t be together on his birthday. Started out fine. Received an email with the flowers before they were due to go out, which I thought was a nice touch. Zendesk confirmed they added my husband as guest at the hotel. Then nothing. Flowers never got delivered. FedEx actually showed nothing since they created the ticket - never actually received the flowers from the florist. I asked for updates four times as I was worried by the tracking feedback. No response, no update. Received an automated request for a satisfaction survey. Said I was dissatisfied and website said ticket was closed (a day after) and ticket couldn’t be rated. Really disappointed and have requested a refund (not sure I’ll see it though). If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Used them before & was pleased with everything. This time unfortunately the vase was broken in many pieces but flowers were beautiful… did get a credit for the vase but disappointing for my friend..
