After my sister eloped in New York, I wanted to send her flowers, but it was hard to find someone that could deliver same day (I waited until 4pm NY time). I found Ode à la Rose on google and crossed my fingers they would make the 5pm-9pm delivery window that day. They even had a free option to add a photo, so I uploaded one of my sister’s wedding photos from that day. The flowers arrived before 7pm and my sister couldn’t understand how we were able to get the flowers and a printed picture from the wedding to her so quickly. She commented that they were the most beautiful flowers she’s ever received. I rarely write reviews, but this one is well deserved. Thank you, Ode à la Rose!

Outstanding customer service. The flowers arrived on time and packaged well. Unfortunately, the quality of the flowers were not what I had hoped for. I posted a review here instead of contacting the company directly. Within 24 hours of posting my review I was contacted by the company and they proactively and promptly addressed my concerns with my order. Mistakes happen - I am beyond impressed with the company’s communication and solution. I would give them another chance!

Ordered a bouquet of peonies for Mother's Day. Delivered on time, but the quality of the flowers were very poor. More than half of them were browned or withered. Customer service was quick to respond and sent a replacement bouquet right away, but the replacement bouquet was not any better. It seemed like they were just trying to get rid of leftover inventory...twice. Not ordering again, not worth it making the recipient feel bad over poor quality flowers.

Huge rip off! Nothing like photo. Delivered tulips wet $5 from Trader Joe’s; but billed over $100 for 12-Old, sad looking yellow tulips. Shameful! Refund please. Also, delete photos from your ad. End relationship with your contact in montecito, CA 93108

Everything about Ode à La Rose speaks excellence: from taking the order, insuring accuracy, attention to detail, the arrangement of the flowers, the quality of each flower, the status updates and the delivery. Absolutely one of the best (and my go to) in NYC! They are the ‘Excel’ in excellent.

The flowers and macaroons were both beautiful and amazing, respectively. However, I was disappointed with the delivery service provided by the company. I had selected delivery to my wife's workplace for her birthday and received a gorgeous pre-shipment photo at 11:00 am. Unfortunately, the driver/delivery person called my wife to inform her that the flowers would be delivered late and asked for a home address since the business would be closed by then, around 6:30 pm. This communication ruined the surprise and defeated the purpose of having the magnificent package unboxed in front of her co-workers. It was also inconvenient to have the flowers delivered to our home address instead of the workplace. I was disappointed with the poor handling of the delivery and feel that the experience could have been better. As a result, I regret to say that I will not be ordering from this company again, at least not for the Miami, FL area. Update: Increased the original review from 2 stars to 5 stars. I am pleased to inform that the issue has been resolved in an excellent manner, and I had a wonderful experience with their service. After communications, they promptly arranged for a new bouquet to be delivered to my recipient's work. I must say that the bouquet was absolutely stunning, and it brought a big smile to her face. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. It truly exceeded my expectations. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received throughout this process. Their dedication to rectifying the mistake and ensuring customer satisfaction is commendable. The prompt resolution and the quality of the replacement bouquet have completely turned my initial disappointment into a positive experience.
