I thought the bouquet would be bigger than what was received. I ordered a 25 stem and it looked like a 15 stem upon delivery.

Gorgeous bouquet of roses!

The selection of roses was astonishing. I was so thrilled to be able purchase them late afternoon and discover they would still be delivered that evening. It was a congratulations bouquet of 24 roses and thrilled they were delivered that evening.

Delivery was 3 days late and some flowers had died and wilted. Ode a la Rose did not warn me of the delay, Flowers were for a memorial service so worthless when they arrived so late. Gorgeous bouquet but way too large for the flower vase the site asked me to purchase. Why offer a vase that could not fit the stems - another waste of money. Think the company needs to fix their computer algorithm as this is not good enough. Don't promote items that are incorrect for the order and do not say delivery will be a certain date via FedEX when it will not. Very disappointed.

Everything was easy and beautiful ( even if it was all Done in few hours, including delivery ).

What a beautiful selection of flower arrangements, website is easy to navigate and checkout process is simple.

I liked how the Ode a la Rose team kept me posted throughout the delivery. Most importantly, the roses were as beautiful as pictured on the website. I am happy.
