Have had to replace blue light tool as original kept turning off during a treatment even though fully charged. The 4 treatments I did perform made a difference, but am also looking for that gold pen as it did not come with initial delivery nor the replacement. Service is excellent though. I’ve been using the Snow wireless whitening kit for 1week now (using the max strength wand). I did 30 minutes the first night and 20 minutes the next 6 nights. I’ve also been using their whitening toothpaste and powder. My teeth have whitened 1-2 shades in 7 days. My complaints are that the whitener turns off on its own sometimes so I have to pay attention to it, and the mouthpiece is a little uncomfortable but not horrible.

I was having a problem keeping my toothbrush charged. I sent a message to customer service and they immediately sent me a replacement . So easy to deal with customer service
