I ordered some time ago like more than a year ago and my usb cable with blue light didn’t work anymore but I really like using the products and was super sad I didn’t want to pay again so I emailed them to ask if they could do something and they sent me a brand new one for free with free extras like gold mint gel and also whitening charcoal floss. I can’t be happier I’ll definitely reorder when I’m out of gel!
