I felt bad because my package never arrived after it had been delayed. Then i had pdfs to fill out and it seemed like i had allot to do. Print stuff out , fill it out then somehow send it back. But luckily SNOW understood and just refunded me. But i still feel bad for all parties because i wished it never happened and that i didn't have to wait another 2 weeks for my serum. I've been with snow a year now and im super happy with my results. Thank you for understanding. It really says allot and i feel confident moving forward. Thank you.

It’s a great tooth brush

I has an issue with my mouthpiece which I haven't had before. I sent an email which was acknowledged immediately, and a replacement sent. I was very grateful as the product is not cheap. Excellent customer service, will remain a loyal customer.

I finally treated myself to the Mother’s Day set, I just started the snow teeth whitening and I love that feeling of just leaving the dentist after all the cleaning is done. I will recommend to my friends and family.
