No usb cable with my package. Also i tried to charge the wireless mouthpiece using my personal usb wire connecting it to my macbook and galaxy phone but none seem to work. So no usb cable and the wireless charging station isn't working either... Super disappointed

I have used so many teeth whitening products that have a terrible taste and take so much time to work. I have found my toothpaste that I will use for the rest of my life.

Can’t wait to try the serum!

After a week of diligent 30-minute daily sessions, my teeth are maybe two shades lighter. It's a lot of work for little payoff, BUT with truly zero sensitivity. The mouth piece can be a little uncomfortable and dig into an area of my gums, but it just takes some getting used to. It's hard to know whether the serum is applied properly and to keep lips from wiping it off during the painting process. But the gradual whitening over weeks lowers the risk of a splotchy result. My biggest complaint is the utter lack of a manual outside of a 4-step instruction for us, and the lack of customer service response to the issue. It's too early to say whether this will end up being worth the money, but so far I'm enjoying the ritual of it and looking forward to seeing more results!
