I have ordered two whitening kits from snow and tried to get a hold of the customer service representative to inquire when my order will arrive as it says up to 15 working days. I've placed the order in advance for the simple reason that I know it will arrive on time as this is a gift. I'm not sure it will be here on time. Its disappointing that I've tried to contact them, but unfortunately no response.

Well, I have not received products yet, but really looking forward to positive experience once they arrive. As to my little issue in ordering regarding a discount, was taken care of immediately🤗 so off to a good start.

This company is incredible. I misordered a product and didn't realize it until I received it. I reached out to support and they fixed it straight away - no questions asked. They have created another lifelong customer. Keep up the great work, Snow!

i’ve had to deal with customer services from tons of places and i cannot expresss enough how great their customer service is at snow!! Will have a repeat customer out of me simply for that. and i haven’t even tested out the product yet!

Snow's customer service is top notch. They are very helpful & accommodating! They go above and beyond in my opinion. There are a lot of teeth whitening businesses/products out there, but I stick with Snow not only because their whitening products work and are really great, but because they stand behind their products and REALLY deliver on customer service in a day and age when that is usually not the case! Keep up the good work Snow!
