I waited 53 minutes on hold to discuss a flight I booked in March for July and when I called American Airlines they said the flight was immediately cancelled right after booking. MyFlightSearch did not communicate this to me at all, but of course still charged my card for the flight. Once I was able to get ahold of them today, the man I spoke with tried saying I cancelled it. I had to again explain “NO I booked it and you guys immediately cancelled my flight with no communication to me whatsoever but still charged me so I would like a refund.” He responded “okay it is already cancelled have a good day goodbye“ and I again respond, “NO NO NO. YOU cancelled my flight without telling me now I want a refund.” So he responds, “okay your refund is being issued goodbye.” And I AGAIN say, “NO NO NO when will this be refunded to my account” he quickly responds “it takes time ma’am okay” I responded, “okay sir how much time?” He responds, “about 14 days okay, okay goodbye” Not only do these people NOT communicate issues with tour flight, they are willing to charge you regardless hoping you won’t notice then when you call and patiently wait 53 minutes they rush you off the phone. If I do not get my money back I will be contact small claims and the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I got my flight booked through myflightsearch.com but the booking didn't get complete, though payment was processed. I contacted customer service and providentially, issue was resolved in no-time with a fresh ticket in next two hours. Cheers to the prompt service offered.
