DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Cancelled my flights within 24 hrs. They said I’d have to wait 4 weeks for my refund. Waited the 4 weeks no refund. Called back, I was told I’d have to wait another 3 weeks! Still have not received my refund. Notified Capital One who is investigating now. TOTAL SCAM!

WHATEVER you do ***!!!DO NOT!!!*** use this company!!! It's a JOKE & a SCAM!! I never got the confirmation email that they said would be sent within 5 minutes after I booked my flight through them containing all my trip info. After seeing that my debit card had been charged & that I still hadent recieved any information I could confirm with the airline. I began trying reach someone there. When I finally got ahold of someone after trying for 4 days (each day I sent an email that they never replied to & each day I waited 2hrs on hold waiting for "the next available agent" before I hung up) he hung up on me when I gave him the useless booking reference # THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM & THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!

If I could give a zero I would. Bought tickets 4/15/2020 for our daughters graduation got email verification same day with ticket and flight information. American Airlines 2 months later myfllightsearch cancelled my tickets after money left my bank account. My $400 dollar trip turned in $1500 for airline tickets alone. They refuse to answer the phone and refuse to answer email. This company is a joke and should be shut down. Will be calling my bank for fraudulent activity in their part. DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY MOST IMMORAL SCAM COMPANY THERE IS! RUN RUN RUN FROM THIS SITE.
